SONOBE light COLLECTION

The Sonobe Light Collection is a series of modular origami lighting designs, made using squares of Italian parchment which are meticulously folded and glued together by hand. Each sonobe lighting design is constructed using the same folding technique, but the modular origami sections are pieced together in a variety of ways to create different shapes. When the light is switched on, the paper transforms creating an array of tonal variations.

After over ten years of selling this collection Kyla has decided to stop this series and all product collections to focus on other paper art projects. Although individual sales are no longer possible, if you would like more than ten lampshades please get in touch as a bespoke order may be possible.
